As part of his Eagle Scout project, my son constructed a large ADA accessibility ramp at the Hays CISD Clothes Closet and Food Bank. The scouts were able to build the wooden forms and shovel in road base gravel, but none of us had any idea about concrete pouring and finishing. And because it was on school grounds, the finishing job needed to be professional.
