This place should be shut down. It’s not just about their bad Service, they are simply robbing people and stealing money from the owner. When I went to pick up my car, they charged me higher weekend rate and also charge me additional $40 for car wash, which I’ve never asked for. And they said I cannot pay by credit card. They demanded that it must be cash only. Guy took the cash and put it in his pocket. I requested a receipt and they refused to give me a receipt. Judging by other reviews with similar issues, this place must be an absentee ownership business. If the ownership see this review, please be aware, your employees are robbing you and the customers. Law-enforcement must do something about this place

Made a reservation for the day and they said when I arrived that “they were full”. The attendant was rude even by city standards when explaining that they take prepaid reservations but have no obligation to honor them. Most of the garages are attended by well meaning folks. This one is not. AVOID.

Terrible garage. There are other's around the area that I'm certain are better. I am from out of state and used an app to prepay a garage. When I asked if this was the correct location (showed my phone to an attendant) and he said yes. When we got back to the garage they then said it was NOT the correct garage and had to pay. The fee was much higher than what I had originally prepaid for. They said I was lying that I didn't show anyone anything at drop off, yet I had 3 other people with me in the car that saw me do it before we exited the car. They pulled a fast one on us knowing that I would be locked in and would have to pay. I'm not sure if management teaches their staff this type of sneaky and deceitful behavior, or these individuals are doing it of their own malice. Your hard

If you're choosing this garage based on proximity, it's worth walking an extra block or two. I was gone for under an hour and instead of charging me the posted amount for 1 hour, they came up with their "own fee" aka hourly fee plus tip. Signs clearly posted credit card can be used and was told cash only--- probably so bosses can't track what they're doing to customers. Garage guys scream hustlers.

We needed a safe place to park. I was able to reserve a parking spot before we left for our journey to NYC. For less than $20, I had no worries about my car. There was no waiting when we dropped it off, and no waiting when we picked it up a few hours later. We will definitely use this Parking Garage when we come back to visit Central Park!
