Chase S. did a amazing job and was kind and courteous I was not at home at the time and ask him to get a specific area so he showed me the areas that he was getting for me and was in complete contact with everything he did can't recommend this tech enough probably the best employee I've ever met in my entire life working for pest control company. Made sure to follow up with me later that week to make sure I didn't need anything and if the inside was still doing okay.

Shawn arrived on time and was very professional in confirming what services he was providing today. He explained the products and provided a recommendation as what I needed to do in addition to him spraying to rid our home of our WASP issue. At the end of the service he recapped all of the tasks. Great job all around. Definitely, a 5+ experience.

Echoshield must be your mentor, because getting ahold of anyone in your customer service department has been nearly impossible. And to be clear, my issue with Echoshield was completely separate from Prime Pest, but the lack of communication felt very familiar. My original issue was simple: I was scheduled for service on 2/06/2026, and no one showed up. Your technician claimed he did, and I was told I’d be charged for a service that never happened. I was home all day, and my cameras captured every bit of activity - or in this case, the lack of it. Cameras don’t lie. What made the situation worse was that this platform seemed like the only way to get anyone at Prime Pest to respond. And based on your 2.6 BBB rating, it didn’t seem like I was the only customer dealing with this kind of expe

Rasha was awesome. He came and did a great job and I had forgotten to unlock the back fence. We messaged and asked him to comeback and he came back so fast. Came to the door and was so kind and understanding. We’ve loved everyone at Prime pest and lawn.
