Excellent neighborhood appliance repair shop. Stumbled upon them randomly as I simply searched for the closest repair shop to my house with a good rating. John picked up the phone right away and after I explained my refrigerator problem to him, he came over to my house that same day to assess the issue. He was courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable about refrigerators. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and provided a quote, which to me seemed like very fair, reasonable pricing. He texted me as soon as the replacement part came in and was over at my place the very next day to install it and voila - my fridge works great now. John is amazing! Have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator that went out. It turns out these refrigerators have major issues! I reached out to at least a dozen repair men. Only 3 were certified to work on it, the first one told me this model was a headache and he wasn't interested, the second one came out, said it was the compressor and recommended I roll my 4 year old $3,900 fridge out to the curb. Steve was the third. I told him not to bother coming out, that I already had someone look at it, and the fridge was a total loss. After speaking to Steve for a few minutes, I decided to give it another shot. I really loved my fridge and couldn't afford another one like it.
