The communication, which is a point on contention with other companies, was extremely efficient and punctual. I never had an email go more than an hour without a receiving a response which was very reassuring that my business was important to them. When it came time for the work, the team what was sent out was on time, very professional and polite. Saying hello each time I needed to come and go. The work was completed and looks stellar. I recently had a patch job done on my roof by this company a few weeks ago. When they cleaned my roof they sprayed all the animal excrement and accumulated filth into my yard and gazebo roof, no attempt to contact me or clean their mess. I have had this company's work crew on my roof doing a full replacement on my building, on the first day of work the caved in the ceiling to my restroom. Destroying me exhaust fan vent pipe, no attempt was made to contact me or the possibly injured person or people in my home. Since Wednesday next three days I have had animals(cats and pigeons) debris and trash from said work fall in my bathroom through the hole,made by the crew. These people are not professional.
