Absolutely Horrific Experience with Prime City Contracting Working with Prime City Contracting was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor. From start to finish, the owner showed little to no compassion or consideration for us as clients. Communication was poor, concerns were dismissed, and there was a complete lack of accountability throughout the project. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a stressful ordeal, and any time issues were brought up, they were either ignored or met with defensiveness.
