Alex and his crew completed a full siding replacement on my home in Roseville in mid-2025. They addressed all existing dry rot, explained every issue they found, and kept communication clear from start to finish. The James Hardie siding looks great with shingles that they did, and I’m very happy with the final result.

We recently had PrimeGen Construction replace a section of our old siding with James Hardie fiber cement siding, and the difference is incredible. Our previous siding had deteriorated over the years and was allowing water to leak into parts of the house during heavy rain. Alex and his team quickly identified the problem areas, removed the damaged siding, repaired the underlying structure, and installed new James Hardie siding with proper flashing and waterproofing. You can immediately tell the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail. Not only does the house look much better now, but we also have peace of mind knowing the water intrusion issue has been properly fixed. The crew was professional, clean, and communicated everything clearly throughout the process.

I had Alex from PrimeGen come out and give me a fairly priced estimate to repair my dry-rotted T1-11 siding. We agreed on a price, and his crew did a great job fixing the problem. The work looks great and I’m very happy with the results.
