Primm Roofing

Horrid company to deal with, especially Will Ray. You can tell Will is one of those guys that just should not be working in a job as technical as roofing. They recently failed to property tarp a residential building during repairs, this lack of knowledge caused extensive damage, collapsed ceilings and flooding of a residential unit. Will Ray then lied to the tenants, saying that he was going to make an insurance claim. Turns out he did not have insurance, or failed to make the claim as he is now offering a grand total of $300 after displacing residents for over three weeks due to his lack of roofing skill. Maybe Will is the problem, but Primm must be pretty bad to employ someone so horrible.

We have been using Primm for the past 7 months to do roofing repairs at our community and they have been great! Shauna is always very quick to respond and get us scheduled and when David and his helper come out they are very thorough in there inspections and let us know what is going on before any repairs are approved! We would recommend Primm for your roofing needs.

We called Primm Roofing to fix 3 leaks on my commercial building and have been very unhappy with their work. We are new to owning a building like this and have learned a lot in this process. They came out and quoted the job then when they sent the bill it was $300 higher than what they had quoted with no notification to me and after complaining they stuck with their quote. Then when it rained again 2 or the 3 leaks still leaked so we called them again and they fixed 1 of the leaks. I was then told the leak was coming from somewhere else and I paid them again to fix the leak which still leaked again after the next rain and they came out 2 additional times and the leak just moved to another area to which I was told they had to charge me again. I called another roofing company and they fixed
