Never returned my call, left a voicemail at 10:30 am on Monday morning, as of 9:30 pm no return call was ever received. Update: I received a return call the following day and was told he was unable to work on my safe.

Horrible they don't answer their phones so much for 24-hour service.. In response to your reply. You along with the other locksmiths in the area never answered and it was whoever answered the phone first would have got the business. Since you are only 10 minutes from the pilot truck stop.This just goes to show how horrible of a business you are. Either way I unlocked my truck in 5 minutes thanks to pilot letting me use their lockout kit.

Very quick to come save us at 930 at night. Very helpful and even gave us tips and tricks for if/when I lock the keys in our truck. Thank you a million times over!
