I have been a customer for many years. The Technicians are wonderful and very knowledgeable however recently the service level seems to be declining. It amazes me in this day and age with tablets, GPS and cell phones that they are unable to give you any window for their arrival time and expect you to wait at home all day with no idea of when they may arrive. I called and left a message first thing and spoke to someone throughout the day with promises that I would get a return call after they spoke with the tech but never did. So we waited for over 4 hours and finally had to cancel. I, like everyone else, lead a very busy life and to waste half a day and still not have my system winterized is very disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They asked for payment up front and I paid 4 weeks before appointment. They never came and cashed the check. I’ve called multiple times and each time goes to voice mail. Never called back. Horrible company and experience. BEWARE

Didn't have a good experience with this company. Installed a backflow system. After the installation charged me almost double of the estimate. After the backflow they were supposed to follow up with the complete analysis of fix of the irrigation system, no follow up and now the backflow is also leaking.
