The attendant was not helpful. They wouldn’t allow me to use the handicap access even with my huge luggage and bad knee. Told me I had to take the stairs and laughed about it. Also pricey. Park somewhere else.

Parked my $75,000 car for 5 days, entrusting that the car would not be damaged considering the garage is locked, has an attendant and is indoors. I come back to pick it up and a side is completely destroyed. Of course no one wants to take accountability. The garage states “they are not liable”, the attendant says he can’t do anything, the managing company of the garage says I cannot access camera footage to find out who hit my car, so I’m stuck with $5,500 in damages on a car that I’ve had for less than a week. Don’t even think about parking here if you have a car you care about. Currently having my lawyer write up paperwork so I can finally get this issue fixed. Your car is literally safer parked on the street than inside here.

This was the WORST parking experience i have ever had. The attendant was incredibly rude. He told us not to park anywhere where the yellow lines were and we did just that. Leaving the garage, he told me that if I "didnt see the tape" around the parking spot and that I "didnt give a damn" and that i was "lucky" because the tow truck was running late. He then walked off and got into a vehicle and almost rammed into me if i had not very quickly moved my car. Avoid this place at ALL costs.

Close to Auditorium, but $37 for 3 hours of parking on a week night seems awfully high. I did it for safety as I went alone and didn't want to be out on the streets. It seemed like a safe area though so I will probably go a cheaper route next time I'm in that area. It there was something like that near Douglas park, I would use it in a heartbeat, those streets are scary.

Do not use this lot. If you prepay and are 5 minutes early you are charged an additional $10 fee. Even if you leave hours earlier than your allotted time. Total SCAM!
