My mother's condo in Wilbraham was hit by lightening in June of 2024. Anthony from Priority 1 Restoration was there at the scene and ready to help. He and his company took such good care of us at a very difficult time. They handled disposing of the unsalvageable household items and they took great care in protecting and packaging up the items that were salvageable. They stored the contents of the condo until we were able to move in after the rebuild and they were very patient with us. Mike went above and beyond to assist us with the catastrophe that we were faced with. They cared for all of our belongings as if they were their own. Twice now, I have used Priority One for water issues in my basement both times they have been prompt, professional and thorough. We woke up one morning last month to an entirely flooded first floor with no idea of what had happened. Our home insurance company connected us to Priority One and just a few hours later Priorty One had removed the water and set up equipment to dry everything out. Mike Stiel and his crew communicated and coordinated with us, the plumber, and insurance folks throughout their work. Not only that but they were simply kind and helpful during a really hard time for us. I’m so grateful that we learned about them and their services and would reach out to them again in a heartbeat.

I’ll just start off by saying that we did contact 3 other restoration companies and none of them felt right or made us feel comfortable about them being in our home during the cleaning process of a puff back, but Mike Streit made us feel like he would treat our home the same way he would treat his own home, he truly wanted to help us through this process, and he did, during the first phone call he stated that he’d be available to us 24/7 to answer any questions we had and he actually meant that and proved it during the whole entire process, we have three children and he was fantastic with interacting with them while still doing his job at making us feel comfortable and informing us of the severity of the soot in our home, he gave us an estimated finish date of December 5th, but got the job

I can’t recommend this company enough. They restored the entire second floor of my home after a fire, and the quality of their work, communication, and professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. On a separate occasion, they came in after another company completely botched a water cleanup following a water main break. Not only did they fix the mistakes and properly handle the mitigation, but they also went above and beyond to help me navigate the mess that followed when the town refused to reimburse me for the damages. In both instances Michal Streit carefully inventoried and priced out all destroyed items. After the fire, they worked directly with the insurance companies, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely had my back du
