Buyer beware! Megan came to "deep clean" our home yesterday. She was friendly and seemed eager so we have no idea what happened. Unfortunately we weren't able to inspect before we paid a fortune. Once we inspected, we were unbelievably disappointed. She did a terrible job. She basically only cleaned the floors. No kitchen counters, dusted only the den, no other room in the house, no trash taken, nothing in the kitchen cleaned, nothing moved when vacuuming (using our vacuum that she left a mess). We asked her if she'd be willing to come back and make it right, at least finish the cleaning if not provide a partial refund. She refused. She only offered a discount on the next service. I feel the need to say do not use Meghan Murillo or Priority Cleaning Services LLC. We paid $450 for “deep cleaning “ of our entire 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom 2 level home. Unfortunately, I didn’t inspect any of her work as I had to run to work while she was still “cleaning” so I didn’t realize that her version of deep cleaning consists of spraying cleaning products so the house “smells clean”. She then blocked me from every means of contacting her before I could even see the work for myself. I messaged her and told her that my daughter was sending me concerning information about her “work”. She told me she would make right anything she missed and I told her, let me get home and see the house for myself before I overreact. Complete. Waste of money. If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid 250$. For a move out cleaning. And absolutely nothing was done. If I had to guess. Meg Murillo. Left as soon as we walked out the door

Priority is the most prompt and professional cleaning service I have ever worked with. Meg and her team help with an elderly family member's home as well as my rental properties in the area. The price is fair and the attention to detail really shows. Meg is super responsive and always will find a way to meet our needs.

Meg is a wonderful person who provides excellent service for the cost. She provides a great service and if you're thinking about having a cleaning, she's a great person to go to!
