Awesome Customer Service. Jessie came out the same day I called. My insurance company had my unit replaced from the storm damage and Jesse was so thorough with what I needed. He was kind and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Once the estimate was written and approved he scheduled the install date, they came and carefully did the work. Brandon and the others on the crew was meticulous about the small things. I appreciated that. It took 2 days but they gave me a portable replacement unit to insure I was still comfortable in my home. I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional, courteous, kind, and I will always refer them to friends and family. Jesse, thank you so much… Priority… May God bless your business 10 fold… and bring you more than you ever expected

The service I received from your company was very professional. The customer service was handled so that I would be inconvenienced as little as possible. Doug Harrison was very considerate and kept me informed throughout the process, which took several days. Thankfully, I am enjoying a warm home again.

Was having some heating issues the past few days to the point that the inside temperature had dropped to 65 degrees. I called a Priority service technician for advice and to schedule an appointment. Doug Harrison came the next day (today) to assess the situation. He checked the entire system inside and out even going under the crawl space. His thoroughness assessed the situation in short order and got the thermostat working properly so now the temperature is up to a cozy 73. Mr. Harrison m’s efficiency and professionalism got the job done and working in about two hours or less. Kudos to an employee like Mr. Harrison. We will certainly recommend Priority based on our experience today (Tuesday).

Called them on a Sunday morning after ac stopped working on Sunday afternoon, company assigned by my homeowners warranty never responded to their dispatch work order within their listed business hours which included weekends. I was able to reach the Priority Heating & Air on call tech and was able to schedule a visit within 2 hours of the call. Repair was made promptly and unit is back an working. This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have used to Priority to handle a warranty claim the assigned companies never responded to. Great job and response by their tech James!!!!

I typically use a different hvac company but the company I usually use didn’t offer the amount of financing I needed. Priority was my second choice. I needed a total system replacement for my home. I honestly expected the job to take a week but thankfully it was finished in two days. Jesse was excellent in explaining everything that was going on & made sure I understood how to use my new system. All the workers were great too. I am very impressed by the work & customer service I received.
