The level of customer service received by Richard & Paige is of great benefit for the customer, I did experience it! The behind the scenes work done by them, office staff, inspectors, and appraisers was seamless. Lupe and the crew worked diligently and efficiently to accomplish our roof replacement in one day, in 100+ degree temperatures! There were no major unexpected issues. We are grateful for all of this! Adrien provided good service and delivered on his promises. The roofing crew arrived on site at 7:30 am and worked until 4 pm. Job was done in 2 days with minimal inconvenience. Clean up was done daily. I am not qualified to inspect the work but I am relying on Priority's reputation and workmanship warranty.
