Excellent cleaning after house fire. Highly recommend.

We used ERS when the cities sewer backed up into our basement and covered our belongings in sewer water. We had them pickup the clothing and blankets to attempt a salvage and they sent techs to inspect our appliances to see if a repair was cost effective. We didn’t hear anything for a year and thought everything was taken care of. However, I received a phone call a couple days ago that they spent months trying to get ahold of our adjuster and finally found out that according to them our policy was maxed out and we were responsible for the bill. I understand being responsible for the bill, but to have no communication for a year that they were having trouble getting ahold of insurance and that we may be responsible for the bill is unfortunate. Lastly, I think it is laughable expensive, $160

This company did an absolute terrible job cleaning all of my devices that I had picked out for them to restore. I had a bad feeling in the beginning and after they were done I was right. Other people may have a better experience but I will not recommend to anyone. These days it's better to just do everything ourselves!

Good luck with this pathetic excuse for a company. Tell you 1 week and take 7. Will hold your stuff Ransom even if they are receiving a check from an insurance company and is in their possession. But won't deliver your stuff. What kind of company demands payment before the job is even complete?? ??? And did isn't all delivered!!

We have worked with ERS for years & there is no one else I would trust to clean electronics following fire or water damage. They are friendly, thorough, skilled, offer fair pricing and are always very responsive!
