I had a stove fire which resulted in smoke and extinguisher powder covering everything! My insurance company put me in contact with Prism. From the very beginning,, making the initial contact, coming out to inspect for the estimate, to starting and completing the work, these people are super professional and knowledgeable. The cleaning crew came in with respect and smiles. My appliances never looked this clean, probably cleaner than when they came brand new with the house! I felt confident that my electronics were sanitary and safe and useable. I could tell that I was their customer, rather than the insurance company. The prism team came out to our house and serviced equipment after some soot / furnace blowback exposure. The team was knowledgeable, very thorough as well as understanding. Some items were cleaned on-site and others were serviced offsite and brought back in great condition. Would definitely use them again.

Prism their employee arrived at my home at the designated time introduced himself and explained what he would be doing and what the next step would be. He was highly professional and extremely polite to me and my belongings. Frankly I was worried about this interaction because although I had heard very positive things about the company, I still hadn't felt directly with them. All my aprehensions were relived by the professional work that was done. I seriously wish there were more stars to give. GREAT experience.

Great service! I have gone through quite a bit in filing insurance claims for aftermath of a water break. Prism had promptly scheduled an appointment. The technicians showed up on time as scheduled. They did a thorough walkthrough and documented items meticulously. Totally satisfied with their service!
