Pristine Fence has done a few fences within my community, including my neighbor which they had good experience with. Unfortunately I did not fall into the fortunate individuals who had a good experience. I'll start off by stating the process to get started was smooth and they do take care of the necessary paperwork when it comes to dealing with the HOA, hence the reason for the 2 stars on this review. Afterwards and completing the process is where I seen the most discrepancies. Two individuals came to complete the fencing project, there was suppose to be 4 total. Nothing wrong with that as long as the job is done correctly and that is when it was obvious my experience would be different. I reached out to Pristine Fendes through Yelp for a fence rebuild project after a hurricane, Marissa handled my request and responded very quickly and clearly. They were and to provide me quotes and cost breakdown based on my specifications. The fences were completed 2 days after the permit was approved by the city.
