I've sat on this for over a week trying to make sure I choose my words properly. I've been using them for water checks & chemicals for 10 years and their cleaning service for over a year now. Last winter my pool was filthy, I texted Paul's and we went back and forth with several excuses on their part. The final excuse was that my pool cover was on the pool when they came by so they couldn't clean it. I told them the cover had been off since early January. They disputed that, insinuating I was lying. I was able to go back in my photos and texted them a picture with the cover taken off and the date was early to mid January. We started using Paul's because I couldn't get my above ground pool to cooperate. I'd be in every week buying chemicals to get my pool useable so my investment didn't become a swamp. I thought I knew what I was doing so I just kept dumping stuff in, hoping for a crystal clear pool. Never happened. I finally swallowed my pride and admitted defeat. Called Shelby and asked to be put on the list to get regular pool service. I am so glad I did. I spent more money trying to fix the pool myself, and rarely getting to use it, than I do for the service. Now I have a beautifully clean pool I can use whenever I want. Paul's is on time, quick and precise, and always professional. I highly recommend them for your swimming pool needs. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism and their
