Tricon hired Pristine Restoration to repace a damaged door. They missed 2 appointments. The door was measured then installed. A few days later a tech came to paint. He only painted one side of the door A few days later the door started dragging and getting stuck. I called and waited a few days for a tech to come back. They sent the guy who painted the one side of the door They sent an inexperienced tech. He was very polite and friendly but the work wasnt adequate. The door was cut too short and you could see through the door. I called several times no answer. I finally reached someone and was told they would call back by endo of day. I didnt get a call. The crew that came out to restore my ceiling from a tub over flow was amazing. They were punctual and they completed the job in a timely manner. They also did a great job at cleaning up once the job was finished.
