Heavy storms caused widespread damages in our area in the spring of 2024. Later that year, my insurance company flew a drone over my house informing me that I needed a roofing inspection with a 30 day deadline. I am elderly with some heath issues and do not climb on ladders, and was unaware of damages. I reached out to Pristine Roofing in what was to become a 10 month battle with the insurance company. Josh flew his drone and inspected the roof, submitting a very detailed report on the scope of the damage & outlined why the entire roof would need to be replaced. Insurance company then did their inspection, offered to repair a section of roof. Meagan was a God send after Helene!! 5 stars isn't even accurate with how amazing she was. After Hurricane Helene, our roof started leaking in multiple areas. Our insurance tried to deny it and put us through so much stress initially. BUT her team came in and was able to get it covered! It required very little stress on our end after involvijg them. Truly, I can't thank this company enough! Highly highly recommend!

Over the past year I have had 2 horrible experiences with contractors. Pristine Roofing (Meagan and Josh) reassured me that there are decent contractors still around. Very easy process with very little effort on my end. The work was done on time and Meagan kept an eye on things during the process. It has been over a month and no issues. I had a roof replaced at my last house about 12 years ago and picked up nails for seriously a year and spent 6 months trying to have them fix a continued leak. I have found 2 nails in my yard and no leaks this time. Truly pristine work. Thanks Meagan and Josh. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

We have had this team do two roofs for us. They are excellent. The quotes came rapidly. It was clear what was insurance covered and what wasn’t. They handled all insurance related communication. The workers were prompt and efficient. My property was respected and protected and everything was cleaned up well. I HIGHLY recommend Pristine Roofing!
