Pro Active Pest Control

We have been with Pro Active Pest Control for a little over 3 years. We haven’t had any issues whatsoever so ever. We have had the same pest control technician the whole time. He’s seen my youngest as a newborn and now 3 years old. It’s always nice to see a familiar face. John is great! Friendly and professional. If we ever move we will definitely continue to use them.

We’ve had proactive for regular pest control for a couple years now. And the service has always been great. But today we had Robert help us with a termite treatment. When we got the original quote, I had a million questions. Robert answered all of them quickly and clearly. we were able to get scheduled in a fast amount of time. One of the questions I asked Robert was if my yard was going to be in the same condition as it was before he started the service. Not only was it in the same condition, it was even better! I feel bad, because my yard was so dirty after all the storms and I hadn’t had a chance to clean it. After his work today, it looks fantastic. They were doing a good job for a few years in the houses I lived in Chandler. However, they keep pushing a free estimate for termite treatment once a year. We were going to build a pool, so I decided to get a quote. A young guy came to my house and looked around, but would only give me an estimate if he came inside of my house. I let him in, he said I definitely need the termite treatment. It was about 2k, so I told him I would talk to my husband and get back to him. 'Where is you husband?' he asked, I told him he was taking a nap because he works at night. 'Can you wake him up now?'. Like, WHAT? No way. We talked back and forth for a while, I told him no multiple times. He asked to use the restroom, and were there for a while. Not sure if he was expecting my husband to wake up or whatever

Pro Active Pest is amazing! They came out the same day I called. Our Pest Controller was an amazing young man named Sergio! Hands down one of the nicest people I’ve met.
