I’ve been with Pro-Aire since I purchased the house in 2017. Pro-Aire was the recommendation of the previous owner. I get my HVAC maintenance-serviced every Spring & Fall. The technician that typically services my system is Greg. He is unequivocally the best technician that has serviced my HVAC system. I can be assured that if Greg makes a recommendation, it is an honest one. I’m always glad to hear that Greg will be servicing my HVAC. And, as a Realtor, I always recommend Pro-Aire to my clients for their HVAC servicing and inspections.

My wife and I I have been Pro-Aire customers for several years. We have thought Pro-Aire has always been professional and courteous in our dealings with them. Today Greg came out to do our Fall/Winter maintenance service. Greg has been to our house before and I am always confident in his work. He is polite and friendly but he is here to do his job. No dragging or hanging around just to chitchat. Just good professional service. I would highly recommend Pro-Aire to anyone needing HVAC work done and Greg is a great service technician.

I wanted to get estimate on adding additional air supply to room in basement. Service rep came shortly after my request. Measured room and inspected system. He said he would call after consulting with the design team and give me a price. Manager called me next day gave me a reasonable price. They scheduled next day and installed. Great job.

They have covered the Spring and Fall service for all these years, and their workmanship, service and care has always been impeccable. For several years now, Greg has been the main technician, a d we cannot speak more highly of him. Their rates and services are very fair, prompt and completed in a timely manner.
