If I could give him a 0 STAR I would. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!! I strongly advise anyone considering Pro Care Landscaping to think twice. We paid the owner, Slade, $17,000 upfront for materials. Those materials did not arrive until eleven months later. During that time, phone calls and texts went unanswered for weeks at a time. Communication was extremely poor and required constant chasing just to get basic updates. When we finally got him to respond after threatening to get an attorney he started the project, the actual construction only took about a week and a half. I had an excellent experience with Pro Care Landscaping! They built a beautiful retaining wall at my home and also installed new sod, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew was professional, on time, and paid attention to every detail from start to finish. The retaining wall looks strong and well-crafted, and the new sod has completely transformed my yard. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I am extremely happy with the work that Pro Landscaping did in my back yard! I needed a large area sodded and from day one, Slade was awesome! He came out to my house the same day I called and gave me a quote for the job. He communicated quickly and always kept me in the loop! As someone who isn’t great at lawn care, Slade gave me easy to follow instructions to keep my sod looking great!

Towards the end of 2022 we had the unfortunate experience of hiring ProCare Landscaping, LLC for a backyard project, and we must say it turned out to be a disaster. We are writing this review to caution others who may be considering their services. As stated, we hired ProCare Landscaping, LLC to build a two-tiered retaining wall, with drainage and put steps in. The project started in September 2022 and finished within a few weeks. While everything looked fine from eyesight, months later the flaws started servicing. In January 2023 the top retaining wall started splitting. We contacted Slade Filder owner of ProCare Landscaping, LLC via email after noticing the issue. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company and my sod install. After a week of install, my grass was completely destroyed. No treatment was done per instructions, just water and sunlight. It’s been 4 weeks since with no resolution. Have not been successful with getting this resolved yet! A very costly job that should have been rectified -now that I have paid, I’m not getting any help, hope no one else runs into this!!
