Pro Cleaning was hired by my apartment's office to clean up after a pipe busted in my upstairs bathroom. In order to clean the carpets a few things needed to be moved around. Mattress and box springs and bed frames. Bookshelves. Nothing fancy. Before I continue I need to mention no one was home at the time. I work on the road and I had to leave early that morning well before Pro Clean arrived. Unfortunately I had no time to take care of moving those things. If I had time there would be no issue. So long story short, they destroyed a book shelf. It's a cheap shelf, mind you, but they completely destroyed it. By the looks of it they tried moving it without taking anything out. I have video proof of their employee speaking in a horrible manner and with bad words in Spanish after entering my apartment. Bad attitude, bad job, & didn’t want to replace my carpet after my water heater flooded my floor.
