This review is solely based on the use of NYC Stone Care. Pro Design hired NYC Stone Care. They worked on a black marble kitchen floor and counter tops. They passed a quick floor buffer and then applied some clear gel. The shine did not look anything like it did when the floor was first installed. I complained and they decided to send someone else. The second worker used the same floor buffer and applied a white slushy powder this time. It looked better, but not quite as it did as a new installation. I complained again and asked for a supervisor. Daniel the foreman passed by and said the floor looks great. I insisted they send someone else to finish the work. This time they sent an older guy to finish the work. The work was better and satisfactory at best. The gentleman spilled the beans o

Best place to visit if you need to remodel your bathrooms, kitchen, or if you need new stone floors. Extremely nice owner David will lead you through huge selection of stones ,tiles, mosaics. He will serve with huge expertise in design Strongly recommend.

Definitely the best in the tri-state area. Beautiful work and the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They do anything you need and get all types of high end natural stone. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality work.

Great selection and outstanding service. They explained all the negative and positive of the different stones I was interested in. I never felt rushed and ended up choosing a beautiful marble countertop

They did a terrible job with marble top repair and charged 500$. Would not recommend or use again
