Their knowledge of their products and materials is outstanding—they clearly know what they’re doing and explain everything with confidence and clarity. They were also extremely clean and respectful of my home, leaving the space spotless at the end of the job. Most importantly, the final result is absolutely beautiful. Serge and Vlad were outstanding. They installed our hardwood floors and flawlessly replaced a stained wool carpet section..no easy task, and the result looks brand new. They were on time, efficient, detail‑oriented, and very communicative. Best of all, Serge suggested extending hardwood instead of simply replacing the carpet, and it turned out better than we imagined. Smart problem‑solving, excellent craftsmanship, and a great experience overall. We’d hire them again without hesitation.
