I got in touch with Joel from Pro Exterior about a downspout that worked its way loose because of weight of ice. He relayed that it would be taken care of as soon as the freezing temps broke. Crew came by the next day and inspected the issue. Fixed it a few days later after the ice melted. Great customer service!

He gave me a very fair quote, and a few days later his crew came over to do the work. His crew was professional and quickly replaced the piece of fascia, which was a perfect match. In addition, for no charge, they also secured the opposite piece, which hadn’t blown off, so that it wouldn’t come off in a future storm. I was extremely impressed by Joel and his team, and how quickly they were able to address my problem. If you need repairs or siding, this is the company I would pick!
