I got multiple quotes on my siding project. Steve had a questionably low quote compared to most others. Which usually gives me pause. I thought it was too good to be true, coming in under our budget. So I then made a spreadsheet of the different companies, considering the quantity and quality of the reviews on multiple platforms I could find. How could the person with the best reviews also have the best price? By a lot actually. I found the bigger name contractors had significantly higher prices and significantly worse reviews. I decided on Steve of course, and was not disappointed. Literally everything from service, to quality was better than expected. Very please with the communication, quality of work, and on time completion of our wind damage repair/replacement on vinyl siding and patio window door. Brandon was excellent to work with!!

We were told that we have water intrusion from a defective window. Pro Exteriors determined that the windows were not the problem. They removed 6 rows of cedar siding and replaced studs and insulation. They remedied the problem without incurring the cost of a triple casement replacement window. They did this in one day to minimize inconvenience.
