End result was great, Anthony was flexible with an unexpected change of scope. Originally hired them to replace my S MPLS garage floor assuming the floor was separate from the foundation. While cleaning the garage out I discovered the sill plate and foundation were nonexistent after 90 years. I ended up removing a significant amount of concrete myself and replacing the sill plate. Anthony was cool with the scope change to poor a new full floating slab as well as calling the additional concrete vs the work I did even on price. They did a good job working around my work and making as much of a new foundation as was practical. We had several things done at our home. The biggest project was a patio in our back yard where we previously had a deck. Anthony and his crew were fantastic and tied the new patio into the existing patio around our pool. They also did a new sidewalk in the front and some driveway repairs. I would definitely use them for any future concrete work we may have in the future.
