Just had an outdoor shower installed. They did a fantastic job. Quality of the materials and the craftsmanship are outstanding. They also repaired my fence I had them install back in 2020 at no additional cost. It is really nice to have a company stand behind their work. Sadly that is not the norm these days. Highly recommend them.

Long time residential customer (3 vinyl fences and 2 outdoor showers), only fencing company on cape cod we have used. Fences from a decade ago still look new. Joe is incredibly professional. His team rectified small delivery error same day and Joe himself actually drove remaining portion of order to house. Emails returned quickly when questions arose. Service well above expectations. Order fullfillment was incredibly fast and delivery team was professional, polite and informative.

Pro Fence is a great company. My experience coming from enclosing my entire backyard 3 years ago under a very tight deadline (pool install). Not only did they meet the deadline, but the fence has held up great and still looks new. Just recently they came back and did another small job for me. Again, very professional and efficient. I’ve had Pro Fence do several sections of my fence before, and they’ve been nothing but the most professional with the highest quality of interactions. I’m not sure what’s going on with the company now, but their customer service is horrible, so much so that they don’t need to talk to me, and they can hang up in the middle of our conversation. This is a shame. They have done some high-quality work for me in the past. They have become so successful that they do not need to service the smaller accounts.
