Not sure how they are at their service as far as for HVAC, but I can say their driving is terrible. Had a guy cut me off today because he didn’t want to sit in traffic so cut into my lane and then slam his brakes on. I almost hit him because of him being impatient and waiting in the line that he was already in This is his plate and truck he was driving.

This company is a mess operationally and the customer service person is rude. I called to get a quote for routine maintenance on mini-splits and scheduled an appointment. They then proceeded to no show the appointment with no communication. When I tried to schedule they did not honor the quote I was originally given and the new quote was over $100 more than the original with no change in scope.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. Fast response, courteous service, knowledgeable staff, honest quotes. I called them out of desperation - my water heater stopped working a year after I got it. Called the company that installed it. They quoted me a ridiculous price and then left me hanging for days, refusing to call me back to say when they could fix it. I called ProHVAC explaining my situation. Even though I was not in their system, they were so kind and understanding like I was a long-standing customer. They squeezed me in quickly and fixed the problem at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from the other company. Will 1000% use them from now on and recommend to all.
