The gentleman who arrived to clean the vents seemed hungover and was not completely equipped. I had to provide a foot stool so that he could reach the vents. He also managed to ruin the surrounding popcorn ceiling which was in perfect condition prior to the job and then they refused to repair the damage. Never again!

My mother brought them a rug from my home to be cleaned as her dogs had peed on it. I went and picked it up a couple weeks later to find it in a literally pile next to the front door. They charged me 100$ for the cleaning. However the rug was still completely covered in stains and smelled like pee. At no point did they mention “hey we couldn’t get the stains out or we’re sorry we did our best but somethings just don’t come out.” They just sent us home with our pile of a rug and let us find that out for selves. I would never suggest anyone take their carpet here for cleaning. We will be having to throw away a rug they charged us $100 dollars to clean.

Update: they came and fixed their mistake the technician was very nice and did a great job We used their services around August 2021 after buying a new home, and were not satisfied with the services provided. To start off the work who showed up to our house smelled like alcohol. This should have been our first sign to stop the services. Then when the job was completed we noticed that the registers which were suppose to be clean still have debris deep inside (16" inside). I called immediately because we paid over $500 for this job, and I was upset that the services were not rendered that we promised. The owner said "No worries I will come back out and finish this job again, but we are busy now so give me time". I agreed and waited 4 months to not hear anything. In the beginning of 2022 I c

Dave and Zack did a phenomenal job cleaning all the ducts in our new home. They were on time, tackled everything, and the price was fair. Even saved a lot! We will definitely use their services again!

Took less then 15 minutes to do a large area in a bedroom, front room and all. They were supposed to treat for blood ans that was not done. 10 out of 10 don't use them
