Unprofessional and unresponsive. I reached out to Pro Sprinklers & Lighting back in August 2025 to get an estimate for a new irrigation system in Ann Arbor. They initially replied and said they’d be happy to come out, but after I sent my address and availability, I never heard from them again. I followed up multiple times over the next month and still got no response. I can see they have read my messages and chosen not to respond. I also tried calling several times, but no one ever answered the phone. If they weren’t interested in the job, a simple “no” would have been professional. Instead, they completely ghosted me. Not a company I’d recommend if you value communication, reliability, or respect for your time. My attempted communications with them are attached for your review.

Justin winterized our sprinkler system today. He is very knowledgeable and friendly!! I highly recommend the company if you need your system winterized!!

I've used Pro Sprinkler in the past & was very pleased with their professionalism, timeliness & ability to assess the problem & fix it the first time out. I recently called when my system stopped working & the person who took my call walked me through various things that I could try to avoid having to pay for a service call. She figured out my problem with the one phone call & no charge. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!

Called 4/27/05 to replace my back flow vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system. Was told won't be available until after Memorial day which was fine. I called back around June 5 to set up a time was was told I would get a call back. Never did and this is June 23. If you didnt want to do the job say so, don't let the customer hang.

I’m impressed!! We had them out for sprinkler blow out. Price was reasonable. Very friendly service. He even went to take his shoes off when he came in our house, which is a big deal in our house! The last sprinkler service we had was expensive and took full advantage of over charging us. Not Pro Sprinkler. Will call again next year! Thank you!
