Zach’s thorough inspection of the furnace gave me real peace of mind, and Jacob’s troubleshooting skills were outstanding. He quickly identified why the furnace wasn’t keeping up with the set temperature on colder days. He immediately recognized that the default factory timing interval wasn’t ideal for my home, made the necessary adjustment, and the furnace has been working perfectly ever since. And above all, Chad, I truly appreciate the way you take care of your customers. You consistently stayed on top of everything, addressed my questions promptly, and made it clear that you genuinely care about

I would definitely not recommend this company. I’ve had nothing but trouble from the beginning. I’m on a low budget. I was told in the beginning when I was looking for a installment furnace plan that they would provide that after install I was told otherwise. Was never notified about their “service program” Was never told about the new “service charge” Got stuck with $130 bill, with no work done on my furnace. I tried to reason with them, but they literally had dropped me as a client and have left me in the cold over a $130 bill. I’m having furnace issues right now and they Are not willing to work with me because of a $130 bill. Our furnace went out. Trusted was there promptly the next day to diagnose the problem, a furnace well past its expected age. Two days later we had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Everyone I worked with at Trusted is professional and customer-focused. Excellent service, I’m happy they are our HVAC provider and would recommend.

Purchased our HVAC system in late 2021 from Trusted. Trusted did excellent work. AC stopped in summer 2025, so Leon came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, and was able to repair it a couple days later (the part was NOT a common part, such as the run capacitor ). He also advised that the part may have failed secondary to voltage spikes/fluctuations, and suggested having a protective device installed. He was prompt, clean, polite and not pushy at all. The Trusted crew are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Trusted. As a follow up, our furnace quit around 7pm a few days ago (February 2026). I called and attained an appointment for the next day at 0800. In the interim, I was able to repair it (clogged condensate drain trap) by midnight (!). I was unable to
