I had PMR deal with an insurance claim for a storm damaged roof for a rental property. He was on time any time we had to meet, which is the only reason for 2 stars. The claim was covered and when we met to discuss the roof, I wasn't fully understanding the paperwork the insurance sent me. Kevin was quick to point out my misunderstanding, showing the total amount of the payout would actually be more than I thought. There were a couple items I was going to take care of (a screen and two downspouts). The amount Kevin deducted from the total that would be due was the ACV and not the RCV (trying to squeeze a little more out of me due to my lack of knowledge of the paperwork). We have used them three times in the last year. We had our 21 year old AC unit die in the middle of the summer, so we had to have them come out. They repaired it and replaced some parts for a moderate, fair price. The second time we called them was two months later because the fan in our attic was making noises (the blade was hitting something) and they ended up replacing the fan because it had bent over time somehow. We then had them come out to replace the unit and they gave us a fair price for the unit and install (looked up price of unit and the labor cost wasn't an arm and a leg considering they had to take out the old unit and put in the new unit in the attic by taking it apart and putting it back together again - the entrance to my attic was too small). Very disappointed  I spoke to a man Sunday evening he quoted me a $99.00 service fee which would be waived if we elected to have you do the work told me someone would text me the next day, that didn't happen! The next day I go on your website the service fee is $89 so I went ahead and scheduled for Weds between 8-10am, Tues at 2pm I get a text confirming the service call, then at 5pm I get a text cancelling my service call from you! Weds I go to your website to schedule again and now the service call is $120 and no slots for service until Thurs!!!? Very unprofessional and misleading...confusing at best

Pro Mechanical Restoration is a local air conditioning company here in the valley. Their team is very professional and helpful, and their prices are affordable. They helped me and my family when our A/C broke over the summer. I always go to PMR for my air conditioning and heating.

10/10 would recommend. The team was very helpful and efficient. Pro Mechanical Restoration is the best in the valley and if I ever have AC problems again, I know who to call.
