I had an excellent experience with R. DiFoggio and Sam and Plumbing and Sewer Co on 1/12/26. I’m usually a DIY person, but when it comes to water and plumbing, sometimes I have to rely on the voice of reason. I purchased a reverse osmosis system to replace an outdated one. The directions made sense, but I could tell that one small mistake could cause big trouble. R. DiFoggio and Sam Plumbing was recommended to me and they were out within a few days. They listened to what I wanted, and we worked together in making the system work and drain in the easiest way. Of course, there was an underlying plumbing issue that was discovered and repaired. Our daughter and son-in-law used DiFoggio last summer and were quite pleased. We needed some work done in our laundry room and Dave was absolutely fantastic! He didn't "sugar coat" anything...he told us what the problem was and what can be done to repair it! I had a leaking toilet that was discovered over the weekend. I waited until Monday and left a voice mail early for Difoggio. As stated in their message they called back shortly after 8am. They had Russ at my home by 10:30 am and the problem was diagnosed and we came up with a resolution and the job was completed by 12noon. I'm happy with the outcome and would recommend them again and again.
