My wife and I had an incredible experience with Gabriel and Pro Quality Construction! Gabriel came on time to do an estimate and was so thorough and knowledgeable. His use of the drone to be able to see areas of the roof was very helpful. We trusted him immediately and signed the contract there and then. The day of construction, the team was here early in the morning and knocked it out in a day. When I saw the final product I was initially concerned because I didn’t see the chimney cricket we had agreed on. However, Gabriel responded right away and ensured me that it would be taken care of the following day. As promised, they came and took care of it the next day. Have Pro Quality doing my roof work back in April. I am holding up my reviews until now. Have to say the new roof had no issue at all for the last 3 months. We are very happy with it, especially the attic fan. It's a life-saver when everyone needs work/study from home. The 2nd floor is much more comfortable now compared to last summer. Back in April, I was actually trying to contact Accurate Roof for a quote but they were too busy to only be able to visit me in a week. On the other hand, Gabriel showed up the next day I messaged him. We sit outside of my front door due to COVID-19. He showed me the measurement of the roof which is very accurate. I can honestly say that I did NOT have ANY issues with this contractor whatsoever. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were extremely responsive and exceptionally well organized. I sent a list of questions concerning their bid so that I could make certain I was reviewing an apples to apples bid. They fully answered all my questions. The quality of their work was second to none. They were completely transparent in the materials they used and made certain that i verified the specific materials that I ordered. I have what is considered a complex roofing job on a two-story house. I personally inspected the shingle lines, as well as the drip molding and other parts of the installation They were spot on. I was also picky about the cleanup work. They were exceptional in this area

We recently had our siding and windows replaced by Pro Quality construction. We initially met with Gabriel back in late August and he informed us that he would order the materials and start the job in about 6 weeks and that's exactly what they did! They had a great crew of guys that showed up to work around 8am each day and stayed until around 5pm. They even showed up to work one time on a Saturday! They did quality work and also helped fix a problem with our roof. Gabriel showed us exactly where the problem was by flying a drone with a camera over our roof. During the window installation, they discovered that the new windows were not the same depth as the old ones which required them to be reframed, and they did this at no extra charge. This company did my roof in 2019 and I have a warranty but recently they have been avoiding my phone calls. I have been having roof leaks since the roof was done. They also send workers that cannot speak English. I have no problem with other languages but please send someone that can at least tell me what is wrong with my roof in English. They told me when I called them 2 weeks ago they would send an email to my husband's email address with an appointment of when they will come out and check my roof. They questioned if I had any leaks I told them I couldn't tell because of all the water marks on my ceiling from earlier leaks that we have had. And my homeowners insurance company told me there was roof damage. I am still waiting for that email or a return phone call. I am now going to c
