If this company is still in business, it shouldn’t be!I contracted with Austin to resurface my tub and tile surround on 12/11/18. He said they would be here at 9-9:30. At 10, I called, at 10:45, Keith showed up. He was very pleasant, took him the rest off the day to finish. We made another appt for him to add nonskid, for which I had paid and fix a few runs and caulk. He never showed up. Multiple calls and texts to the owner, Austin , went unanswered until I threaten bad reviews. He said he was going to return 12/26. But I was going away that day and told him I’d contact him when I got back. Again, I have left several phone and text messages to no avail. In addition to two runs, and missing caulk, there is a lot of orange peal and all the fixtures are still taped up. This inferio

Very disappointing experience. Austin resurfaced the bathtub and it looked fine until we started using it. A yellowish tent developed from the water line down. Contacted Austin and he said he'd get back with me. Never did and stopped taking my calls. I've tried to clean it with bleach, magic erase sponges, etc. and nothing has helped. Bottom line... I got ripped off.

I’m remodeling my master bathroom and needed the stained cultured marble threshold and wall caps around the shower refinished before having a new glass enclosure installed. They did a beautiful job - it turned out much better than I expected. They even had a ventilation system that pumped the odors outside! Overall I’m very happy with the job and would hire them again.

Very disappointed in this company. Conversation with young man, Austin, who said he just purchased company blamed negative reviews on previous owner. I agreed to give him job, which he completed right away and he was paid. The job, however, was not done well. There are bumps remaining in resurface job and no caulking was done tho he promised to return and complete it. Not a good experience.

Peter and Mark did a great job on my tub. It looks brand new and was perfect for my condo. I have already recommended them to friends.
