Raul was very professional and experienced in explaining what I needed to have done with my garage door...I highly recommend this company for all your garage door challenges! Update: I had my garage door opener replaced, and Raul was amazing...I sent a text message to him this morning, and he showed up exactly on time, got everything working perfectly, and explained my new system to me. He even cleaned the garage floor with a leaf blower!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Raul from Pro Rise, and I cannot recommend him enough! Raul installed a new garage door for my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. From the moment I contacted Pro Rise, Raul was quick to respond and schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and took the time to explain the installation process and answer all of my questions. I installed a new garage door opener, but then realized the Torsion Springs had failed on my heavy insulated garage door. Had one company come out and they tried to sell me cheap springs and upsell me on a complete whole new system including cables, etc. for $1200 to $1800. I called Pro Rise and was lucky to have the owner Lorenzo come out. He noticed the previous poor spring installation and size. He did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need. He inspected every component. Changed the springs, checked operation, lubricated everything, did a great job, removed old materials and provided a 3 year warranty. Would highly recommended PRO-RISE

Lorenzo provided excellent customer service. He explained the details of weatherproofing around the garage doors, his team installed the seals the same day, and he followed-up after the installation. Thank you for the great work!

I don't usually give 5 star reviews, but these people were perfect in every way. I left a message with 16 different door repair companies, and this was the only one to call me back, after only about 15 minutes. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful and scheduled a repair for the next day. Lorenzo arrived about noon the next day, and immediately knew what to do to solve my problem, then proceeded to go through the entire system and lubricate, test, adjust, etc. I swear, my door works better now than the day it was installed. I would definitely recommend these guys to anybody! It's refreshing to get a job well done!
