Things at our home were getting "old", but who to choose to help us with modern and innovative renovations? Based on experience and previous work we asked the San Gorgonio Builder to help us and we are glad we did. Kev in was immediately open to and fully supportive of our suggestions. Kevin and his team are AMAZING. We have never hired a contractor for home renovations before and we could not be happier that we found San Gorgonio Builder. We had our 24-year-old primary bath remodeled including removing the shower/tub insert and creating a walk-in tiled shower (complete with two niches and a separate dog wash station), added plumbing for a new double vanity, and new flooring, paint, lighting, baseboards, etc. The quality of work is exceptional (even a couple of extra things we asked for along the way)! They were on time and swept up behind them on their way out every day. We signed a contract with milestone payments which made us so comfortable. Hired Kevin owner of San Gorgonio builder to covert my carport into a garage. I had several people bid and their prices were either outrageous or they told me the conversion could not be done. Kevin showed up and delivered amazing quality work and kept us updated all throughout the process. He took care of all the permits and dealt with everything. I am extremely happy with my kitchen remodel. This is the second time I have used SGB for a remodel project. The first time was for a small bathroom remodel and this time for a kitchen remodel. The entire team was a pleasure to work with. I was comfortable with leaving them in my home alone. They were neat and respectful. Kevin addressed all of my concerns and fixed anything that I asked. Kevin is also good with communication letting me know when his team would be at the house and what was being done. The workmanship and quality is outstanding. My kitchen exceeded my expectations.
