I had a very disappointing experience with Pro Service. I contacted them to diagnose an issue with my icemaker. After the visit, I received an invoice stating the problem was resolved, even though nothing was actually fixed—they told me they would need to order a part but the email made it seem like everything was complete and resolved.. I was charged the expected hourly rate, but they also added a $150 travel fee from New Bern, which was never disclosed at the time of booking. They also included a “miscellaneous hardware” charge that they could not explain when I asked about it. Jeremy from Jacksonville Pro Serve is Top Notch!! We have had several issues with our steamer and he got all issues solved in one visit and knew the problem right away. He was patient and kind and explained everything each step of the way. He took his time and was clean and neat with his work. I would highly recommended Jeremy for all Pro Serve visits. Charlie did an amazing job fixing our walk in cooler - he knew the problem immediately and got it fixed within a half hour. This is after showing up 3 days before the scheduled time just because he was in the area! Great company with great employees.

I am the store manager for Five Below in Shallotte and I just wanted to say that Chris is a great asset to your team. He has been at my store since about 9:45 this morning trying to fix our air conditioning units and thermostat. He has been on the phone with corporate, has been extremely nice and determined to fix our issue. It’s 2:15 in the afternoon and he’s still here. Mr. Patrick and and Mr. Charlie were super professional and patient. Their supervisor even came out to assist.
