Scott is a man of his word from start to finish. Our deal started on a handshake, and (though we did sign contracts) it was that handshake that he stuck to when it can to changes, finding out new issues and dealing with them all fairly. We had him come in an bid out what ultimately amounted to nearly six figure job. From the estimate phase, through scheduling and all aspects of project management our community was in great hands. Our community is made up primarily of Seniors, and Scott and his team went above any beyond to be respectful of the residents living there and our staff members working there.
