I can't say enough good things about Pat and Evan who are the owners of Pro Services! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. They were incredibly fast and dependable, showing up right on time and getting the job done quickly without cutting any corners. What really stood out was their honest and hard-working ethic. It was clear they weren't just trying to get the job done; they genuinely wanted to fix the issue the right way. They explained what was wrong, what the repair would involve, and gave me a fair price upfront. No surprises, no pressure, just clear communication and great work. Called Pro Services to fix a toilet problem I had. After explaining it to Anthony at Pro services, he arranged to have a plumber take care of it on a day and time convenient for me. This was an easy call to make as I had an earlier excellent experience with Joseph from Pro Services. This time, Michael was the plumber who did an outstanding job playing “Macguyvier” to craft a unique solution to a not typical multi pronged problem. I once did my own plumbing repairs, but I am too old to even try doing them now. Michael was also personable, professional, knowledgable, informative and the cost was more than reasonable and fair.
