ServiceMaster of Aurora

We had a basement flood, requiring quite a bit of drying, drywall tear down, etc. This company was recommended by our insurance, so we had them come out for our self-pay work. The work was done well, with some minor, minor blips. (Nothing that would scare me away from calling this crew back for other jobs) When we got the bill, we had a few disputes and are handling that currently. The star of my review is Karrie. She was the person helping us throughout a lot of our billing questions, and with any issues we had. Her customer service, professionalism, and ability to inform us of things we did not understand, were a 10/10. She leaves you feeling like the company personally cares about you walking away happy, without being a complete pushover or ingenue. She's amazing at what she does!

Service Master cleaned our carpets beautifully! We had a couple of spots that I pointed out before the cleaning. I knew what they were and they spot treated them and then cleaned the rugs. Adrian and Ezekiel were so nice and friendly as they took care of the job! We love Service Master! They are best carpet cleaners and restoration company!

Dave Clark and his team went above and beyond and quite possibly saved our carpets after part of our basement got significant water. Great communication and extremely pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

ServiceMaster came out very promptly and did a great job in removing parts of our water damaged walls and wood floor. The team was very competent and routinely checked in to see how the drying process was proceeding. However, it took multiple phone calls over two weeks to have someone come out to give us a quote to restore the damaged areas. It took an additional week to finally get the written quote which turned out to be double the amounts other companies quoted. In my opinion, the company did a great job with the mitigation process but dropped the ball going forward after that.

We were very impressed with the rapid response to our phone call. It was a reassurance that someone cared about our issue. Dave was extraordinarily, thorough through the estimation process. He took his time explaining details. Because of the swift & kind service we highly recommend service master of Aurora!
