Inspector showed up right on time. The report was thorough. Our only dislike was that he did not move the stove out to look at the water heater but reported the water setting was too hot - so he knew we had an issue here but did not confirm by looking at the unit itself. Otherwise, we were very satisfied with the thorough report provided.
