I had a very pleasant and easy experience working with Ron from SpecWorx. Scheduling was easy, he was early, efficient and quickly provided a very detailed report. I would not hesitate to hire Ron again. He is very professional.

Ron is an invaluable asset when making a home purchase. I use Ron as in inspector for my real estate business but this time had the pleasure using his services for a personal deal. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge of a homes structure and systems was extremely helpful in making a sound decision on if the home was the right purchase. He is on time, friendly, and makes the information easy to understand. Definitely worth a call for any home inspection needs.

Overall, I am disappointed with our home inspection. After 3 weeks of being in our new home, we have discovered so many issues that should have been identified during our inspection (issues that are within the home inspection scope - for example: seals/weather strips around doors, leak under the kitchen sink, just to name a few…). He also did not inspect one of the attic spaces because he said he didn’t see it. He offered to come back after I pointed it out, but it was before we closed on the home and the builder wouldn’t allow it. Many of the items that were included in our report are issues I pointed out prior to him starting the inspection. Ron is thorough and knowledgeable. He is always on time. HE approaches each inspection methodically. As a realtor I know my client's investment in their future home will be as low risk as it can be. Just as important, he does not do drama - he delivers both good and bad news calmly and puts it in perspective. I have worked with inspectors who seem to dramatize their findings to impress the client. Ron never does that. Ron Kerbe is an excellent home inspector. He is reliable, punctual and a very thorough inspector. He takes time with each client, explaining important details of the home as well as any safety or structural issues found in need of repair. I highly recommend Ron!
