Pro Star has been outstanding to work with. They service our boilers and HVAC systems, and their responsiveness and communication are truly top-tier. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they’ve been quick to assess, explain, and resolve it. I recently called Pro Star because we had an entire building that did not have hot water due to our boiler being out. Another vendor came out and said we needed to replace it. It was about 5pm and everywhere was closed but we couldn't leave residents without hot water. Pro Star got us a quote to replace the boiler, sent a tech out within the hour and the tech was able to make the repair for about $1k saving us over $20k. Most vendors would have just replaced the boiler and not done proper diagnostic. The technician, Ernie, walked us through what the issue was and the office followed up with us in the morning to ensure we had everything we needed. They were quick, efficient and reliable.
