I am a senior woman with carpets and have used a variety of carpet cleaning companies over the year. A friend recommended Pro Steam and I decided to give them a try. Wow! Ricky came and spent time on my carpets. Not only was Ricky professional and knowlegible, but he also was friendly, sharing tips for cleaning up from my new rescue dog. Frankly, I can’t imagine using any other company ever again. And by the way, they are very reasonable in pricing. I will be using Ricky at Pro Steam in the future.

They far exceeded my expectations. They even got the rust stains out. This is also a local family owned business and in speaking to my neighbors, it sounds like most of us use the same company to clean our carpets. Give Paul a call. You won't regret it.

Corey and Paul were wonderful to work with! We had some issues where we had to reschedule last minute two different times, due to our daughter being in the NICU, and they worked with us to reschedule and make sure we were able to get the carpet cleaned before my daughter was discharged. We were very grateful for their flexibility and professionalism!
