I am boarding a flight for Abq NM this morning and a bunch of their techs are also on the flight. What a bunch of foul mouthed people Beyond bad. All one guy kept saying is how he got screwed out of sick time. You need to talk to these guys are the represent your company. If your wife or daughter hard to here these guys you would probably say something

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts.
